Information we process
- Account information: Google account identifier, email address and profile information supplied during sign-in. We do not receive your Google password.
- Access and purchase records: enabled games, entitlement changes, payment confirmations and transaction references you provide, and related support correspondence. Cryptocurrency transactions may also be publicly visible on their blockchain.
- Service activity: requests made to the hosted study and training service, selected game or variant, request times, technical errors, IP address and browser or device information. Access monitoring includes daily request counts and hashed network and browser identifiers; these counts do not represent exact hands played or time spent.
- Communications: information you send through our contact channels, including X or Discord, which also process information under their own policies.
DrawSolver is a hosted service: requests and information needed to provide study and training features are processed on our servers. It is not an entirely offline application.
Why we use it
We use this information to sign you in, deliver purchased access, operate and troubleshoot the tools, respond to requests, verify payments, prevent abuse and unauthorized account sharing, and meet legal obligations. Where relevant data protection laws require a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you, legitimate interests in secure and reliable operation, legal obligations, or consent where required.
Cookies and browser storage
Authentication and session cookies keep you signed in and protect access. Browser storage may retain interface preferences and study or training state. You can clear or block storage in your browser, although this may sign you out or prevent features from working. Google sign-in is also subject to Google's privacy and cookie practices.
Service providers and disclosures
Our website is hosted through Netlify; Google provides sign-in, and server hosting and operational providers process information needed to deliver the service. We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce access rules, or address fraud or security incidents. We do not sell personal information. We do not publicly identify customers or share their testimonials without permission.
Retention and security
We retain account and entitlement records while needed to provide access, support and resolve disputes. Payment and business records may be retained to meet legal obligations. Technical and usage records are retained for operational and security needs and may be deleted or aggregated. Retention depends on the record and purpose. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
International processing
GTO Solutions LLC is based in the United States. Our hosting and authentication providers may process information in other countries, whose laws may differ from your own. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements apply. Contact us for information about processing relevant to your account.
Your choices and rights
You can sign out, revoke DrawSolver's Google authorization in your Google account, and contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Revoking Google authorization does not itself delete our account or purchase records. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection or withdrawal of consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required by law or necessary to resolve disputes. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Age and policy updates
DrawSolver is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. We will update this page when our practices change and provide additional notice or seek consent where required. This update does not authorize unrelated new uses of previously collected information.
