Using DrawSolver
These terms cover drawsolver.com and its hosted study and training tools. By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. DrawSolver provides mathematical poker analysis for study; it does not offer wagering or guarantee results, profits or any particular level of accuracy. Use it in accordance with applicable law and the rules of any poker platform you use.
Accounts and access
Google sign-in identifies your account. Keep your account secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Paid access is assigned to the account and game or package agreed at purchase. Unless we expressly agree otherwise, access is for your personal use and may not be shared, transferred or resold.
Purchases and activation
Current prices and included games and formats are shown on the website. Purchases are arranged manually with us, including cryptocurrency payment where agreed, and access is activated after payment is verified. Before paying, confirm the game or package, total price and currency, any taxes or network fees, account to activate, delivery timing and any agreed refund conditions. Resolver services or additional products are included only when expressly agreed.
A one-time purchase is not a recurring subscription. It does not promise that a hosted service will run indefinitely or that every future product is included. Existing purchase agreements remain in effect. Contact us about incorrect payments, missing access or service problems. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation, refund or remedy rights.
Permitted use and intellectual property
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the tools and content covered by your access. Software, strategy data, branding and other service materials remain owned by their respective rights holders. Do not bypass access controls, scrape or redistribute strategy databases, misuse another person's account, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access. These restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Availability and changes
Features and beta tools may change, and maintenance or outages may interrupt access. We may suspend access for misuse or security reasons, with notice where reasonably possible. Material changes affecting purchased access will be communicated; these terms do not remove rights under your purchase agreement or applicable law.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties. You remain responsible for decisions made using its output. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or lost poker winnings. Nothing limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and updates
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We may update these terms and will identify the revision date. We will provide additional notice or obtain agreement where required for material changes; changes do not retroactively remove existing rights.
